100% Payment to be made to confirm any booking.
Check-in time is after 02:00 PM.
Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

We can accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs based on the following terms and conditions:

• For early check-in at 7:00 am onwards or late departure beyond 2:00 pm, a charge of 50% will be added to the room rate.
• For early check-in before 7:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm, a charge of 100% will be added to the room rate.

Child Policy:
Children aged 12 years and older are fully charged. The kids below 07 years can stay in the same room with the parents without any additional charges. In case an extra bed is required, that would be on an additional charge of INR 500 + taxes.

Child Meal Policy:For children between 7-11 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 11 years, meal is at full charge.

Unmarried Couples:
Unmarried couples are not permitted to stay at our hotel. If it is discovered that a couple is unmarried during the check-in process, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the check-in and deny accommodation.

ID Requirement:
Valid Indian Government approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, Aadhar card, or Voter ID. Foreigners are mandated to provide valid VISA upon arrival before Check-in.
We are not accepting local ID’S (Local guests of Gokak 40km) and not allowing unmarried couples.

Cancellation Charges:
If cancelled before 7 days: 85% refund,
Between 7 days-72 hrs: 50% refund,
Less than 72hrs, No-Shows or Early Checkout: No refund.

Refund Policy:
Upon receipt of cancellation, the hotel will refund the amount as per the cancellation policy.
Processing fee of 5% or INR 500, whichever is higher, will be deducted on the transaction value.

Note:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
